Texas A&M University

An XR stage built to reimagine business education.

System Design Integration Training

Overview

A professional-grade LED volume and virtual production system for Texas A&M's Mays Business School — designed, integrated, and supported with hands-on training for the faculty and staff who run it.

The Challenge

Deploy a broadcast-quality XR stage inside the Mays Business School to produce online-course content and synchronous broadcast classes — operable by faculty and staff, not broadcast engineers.

How We Approached It

01System architecture optimized for intuitive operation by faculty and staff.
02Sony cameras and LED infrastructure integrated for online and broadcast teaching.
03Documentation built to outlast any individual operator.
04Hands-on training delivered to the faculty and staff who run the stage.

Outcome

The Mays Business School produces online-course content and synchronous broadcast classes on the stage, with faculty and staff trained to run it day to day.
